The Chanukat HaOffice bash was an event packed with fun, inspiration, and connection.
Picture this: our shiny new office in Ramat Beit Shemesh buzzing with energy, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of fresh wraps, mini-quiches, and yes, donuts—because with Chanukah just around the corner, who needed a better excuse? But this wasn’t just any gathering—it was a celebration that perfectly blended business, learning, and community spirit.
Rabbi Margalios kicked off the vibes with a heartfelt blessing for success in both work and life, sealing the moment with a mezuzah that was so Route 38 it could double as our mascot. His words about keeping staff happy hit home—it’s our mantra, after all.
Mike Kashnow stepped up with a speech that got everyone nodding in agreement (and maybe tearing up a little). He reminded us why an office isn’t just a place to clock in and clock out—it’s a hub where people come together to create, connect, and make a real impact.
The highlight of the evening? A side-splittingly funny Kahoot game that had everyone competing to answer questions about Route 38 and employment in Israel. Huge shoutout to Raizy, account manager extraordinaire, for crafting some hilariously wrong answers and adorable visuals. It was the kind of game where even losing felt like winning, (though the actual winners went home with gift certificates) and it lit up everyone’s spirits pre-Chanukah.
As if all that wasn’t enough, the networking was pure magic. Team members met their account managers, connections sparked like Chanukah candles, and conversations flowed as easily as the swag was given out. Speaking of, did we mention the Route 38 merch? Iconic.
We also made Robbie Charnoff’s day by drawing his name for the raffle prize: a family ice cream party at Katzefet. Sweet, right?
